Trademark Use Policy

Buynsellit.com generally encourages the use of it's logo's and name to promote the buynsellit.com website.

What's Allowed

1) Sellers may use the buynsellit.com name to help promote their items on other websites, in their literature, advertising or by other means they use to promote the sale of their items. The preferred method of doing so is "Visit my listings on buynsellit.com".

2) Sellers may use the buynsellit.com logo to help promote their items. The logo may be used on other websites, literature, advertising or by other means used to promote the sale of items on buynsellit.com. Use of the buynsellit.com logo must also contain a link back to the buynsellit.com home page.

Items that are permissible include business cards, signs, store windows, banners, literature and/or other advertising means.

3) Keystone sellers may also use the Keystone Seller Logo on websites, business cards, literature, advertising or other means used to promote the sale of their items on buynsellit.com.

4) Use of any authorized button or banner on your website is permitted even If you do not currently sell items. All buttons and/or banners must be linked to the buynsellit.com home page.

5) Squatting a domain name that contains buynsellit within it.

What Isn't Allowed

1) Using the buynsellit.com name on your literature, website or advertising with references to "affliations" or "endorsements" that do not exist. Such activity will result in immediate suspension of all trading privileges

2) Branding or sale of merchandise for profit that contains the buynsellit.com logo or name. This includes (but is not limited to) shirts and hats, buttons, mugs, toys, dolls, mousepads or any other item that is sold for profit.

3) Use of the buynsellit.com name or logo to attack buynsellit.com or provide negative information about buynsellit.com

4) Sellers that have not attained Keystone Seller status to use the Keystone Logo's.

5) Keystone sellers may not use the keystone seller logo on items that are sold for profit.

6) Placing a link to buynsellit.com within a frame. If your website contains frames, you must use target="new" within the link.
