Sellers Guide

To help you sell your items on buynsellit, the following Seller's Guide will help explain the easy process to you.

Register as a seller on buynsellit.com. All sellers are required to provide valid credit card information in their registration. To register as a seller follow these steps:

I'm Already Registered to Bid

• Login to buynsellit
• On the welcome page, click Upgrade to Seller Account
• Provide the credit card information asked and the seller payment methods you will accept.

I'm Not Registered with Buynsellit

• From anypage on the site, select register (in the dark blue bar at the top).
• Step 1 - Provide your personal information
• Step 2 - Click YES to create a seller account
• Step 3 - Enter your credit card information and the seller payment methods you will accept.
• Confirm you registration information and click submit
• Click on the link that is sent to your email address in order to verify your registration and login

Login to My Buynsellit

From My Buynsellit you can easily and effectively manage your items, setup an item watch, view your bids placed and manage your registration information. To sell your items, select the Sellers Area link on the My Buynsellit page.

Select List An Item

You may list items by selecting List an Item in the Store (Auction).

NOTE - to list an item in the auction, you must first contact customer service to setup your auction.

Fill out the List an Item Form

• Select either the auction or store
• Select up to 2 main categories
• Select up to 2 Sub categories
• Write a clear, complete and descriptive title for your item
• Write a solid description of the product including important information such as condition. Be complete in your description as this is our big chance to promote your item.
• Enter the Price for your item
• If you are entering an auction item, decide whether or not to use a reserve price.
• Enter the number of this item you have to sell (quantity)
• Decide If you would like to feature this item in a category or homepage listing.
• Select the duration of your item (Auction only). Store items are listed for 6 months.
• Click Submit

Your item is now listed.

To Manage Your Items

Managing your items is completed through the Sellers Area in My buynsellit. In the sellers area, click on Items I'm Selling. ON this page you can view sales (or bids), edit your item information or End your item.

After the Sale

When a sale is made, you must contact the buyer. The buyer email address and shipping information can be found on the Items I'm Selling Page. If you do not hear back from the buyer within 3 days, try again.

When you receive payment, be certain to pack the item well for shipping and to ship promptly. Any payment terms should be included in the item description.

Be certain to leave the buyer feedback and encourage the buyer to do the same for you.

Fees

buynsellit does not charge a listing fee for your item. We do charge a monthly fee to sellers.

Fees are:

• Auction & Store Sellers - Monthly Fees beginning at $5.99
• StoreFront - $9.99/Month
• HOT FEE - $2.99
• FEATURED LISTING - $6.99
• Special Events
• 1% of Gross without buynsellit involvement
• 1.5% of Gross with buynsellit involvement

Paying Fees to Buynsellit

Sellers are required to register with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB or Diners Club). Buynsellit will charge the credit card on record once each month for fees incurred in the previous month. Sellers will also be sent an invoice for the amount charged.
