Non-Paying Buyer Policy

Before entering into the non-paying buyer dispute resolution, have you contacted the buyer again? If you haven't tried to contact the buyer at least twice (one by telephone If that is available), please try again before entering into dispute resolution.

Has the buyer not responded or flat out refused to send payment? If the buyer flat out refuses to pay for an item, enter our Dispute Resolution System by clicking here

If you have a buyer that refuses to pay, or you are unable to contact and would like to request a fee credit click here

Disciplinary action towards buyers will occur in the following steps.

  • First Offense - Warning Email and Letter
  • Second Offense - Temporary account suspension
  • Third Offense - Permanent account suspension

A buyer receiving a warning or suspension may appeal it using the dispute resolution form.

A temporary account suspension means the buyer account is suspended until the dispute is resolved.
