After The Sale

In order to successfully complete the sale, a seller needs to perform the following actions.

Contact your buyer

buynsellit makes it easy to contact your buyer. Everything happens from the sellers area in My buynsellit. Under Item's I'm Selling, you can view all of your sales, and find out the buyers email address and shipping information. You should contact your buyer within 3 days of the End of auction. The sooner you contact the buyer, the better.

Arrange payment

When you contact the buyer, be certain to include payment instructions (Amount - including shipping, where to send payment, etc...). Buyers appreciate timely answers to payment inquiries. Be sure to answer all inquiries right away.

Receive payment

When you recieve payment, the buyer is explicitly trusting you to send the item promptly. If you have payment terms such as personal check must clear bank before shipping, be certain to fully explain these terms in your item description, and Then repeat them when you arrange payment with the buyer.

Package the item

Package the item so it will be safe in transit to the buyer.

Ship the item

Always use a trusted shipper to send you packages and clearly mark your breakable package as "fragile"

Leave Feedback

After you receive payment, be certain to leave the buyer feedback. A buyers feedback is just as important as your feedback as a seller.
